We’ve been apprehensive about launching takeout at Rudy’s as it was always something, we weren’t quite sure about.
For the month of October, our friends within the retail sector are invited to join us for Pizza for the People, you will be seated on our pizza counter where you can chat to our wonderful Pizziaolo’s and watch them stretch our dough and dress your pizza with San Marzano tomato or just a wonderful white base.
Our dough is our most prized possession, it’s made with immense care from our passionate Pizzaolos and it’s what makes our pizza’s so full of life. Water, flour, salt & yeast goes into our mixer, before being softened by hand and rolled into perfectly identical balls.
Our new pizzeria on Bennetts Hill, Birmingham is now OPEN! We were overwhelmed with the response of our launch week offer of free pizza. Over 3,000 pizzas were claimed within just a few hours … that’s a lot of dough!To ensure everyone gets to try a proper Neapolitan pizza this summer we have decided to invite all our new Instagram friends to treat their friends to a pizza this summer.
We are super excited to announce that we are launching a brand new Spritz Bar this Thursday and Friday in our gorgeous fauna laden bar at Rudy’s Castle Street.With a selection of classic and modern aperitifs already available this carefully curated spritz menu will add a shimmer of summer to our list.
