Last year, we visited AVPN in Naples and tried their classic triple tomato pizza from their recipe book. This is our Rudy’s twist on their pizza.
Triplo Pomodoro e Bufala // Hand crushed San Marzano tomato base, topped with red Piennolo tomatoes, bufala mozzarella, finished with Puglian sun-dried tomatoes + basil oil.
