The Peppe: From Paris to Rudy’s

Food & Drink

Bonjour from Paris!

Back in May, we headed to Paris to visit our friends at Gruppo Peppe, founded by award-winning Neapolitan pizzaiolo Peppe Cutraro.

Ranked 10th among the world’s best artisan pizza brands in the 50 Top Pizza Awards 2025, Gruppo Peppe has become known for bringing the flavours and traditions of Naples to Paris.

We spent time with the team, ate plenty of pizza and came home with a little inspiration of our own. One pizza in particular caught our attention, and we knew it deserved a place on the Rudy’s menu.

So, from our trip to Paris to our Neapolitan pizzerias across the UK, say hello to The Peppe.

Meet The Peppe

Inspired by one of Gruppo Peppe’s best-sellers, The Peppe brings together a mix of creamy, savoury, sweet and fresh flavours.

Fior di latte, creamy lemon ricotta, bresaola and sweet confit tomatoes, finished with fresh lemon zest and basil.

The creamy ricotta brings richness, while the lemon keeps things fresh and bright. The bresaola adds a savoury hit, with sweet confit tomatoes balancing everything out. Finished with fresh lemon zest and basil, it’s a pizza that feels right at home on the Rudy’s menu.

It’s a little taste of Paris, inspired by Naples and made our way at Rudy’s Pizza.
