We change our specials every six weeks, featuring a pizza developed by one of our talented pizzaioli, and another as a riff on a famous pizzeria, or pizzaiolo, from around the world. Without further ado, introducing the Almost Carbonara and the Salsiccia.
Almost Carbonara
A tribute to award-winning pizzeria, 50 Kalo in Naples. A white pizza with fior di latte, scamorza, guanciale (cured pork) and aged pecorino, finished with cracked black pepper and egg yolk.
Salsiccia
Created by Sabino Grimaldi, head pizzaiolo at our Bake at Home kitchen. San Marzano tomatoes, fior di latte, crumbled chilli sausage, white onions, friarielli (leafy broccoli greens) + chilli flakes.
