CALABRESE CON MELANZANA

Bringing you the Calabrese Con Melanzana! Created by Andrea Menconi, our Head Pizzaiolo at Rudy’s Albert Dock, in our Rudy’s X Poretti Specials Competition. Andrea’s special pizza is inspired by summer, using ingredients at their best in the summer season.

Made with Yellow Vesuvian tomato base, with Grana Padano + fior di latte, topped with roasted aubergine, caramlised red onion + Calabrian ‘nduja. Finished with sea salt + fresh basil.

THE NERANO

Introducing Nerano! This vegetarian special pizza is a Rudy’s twist on a pizza inspired by Fratelli Cafasso, a famous pizzeria in Naples.

Made with a basil courgette base, topped with fior di latte, roasted courgette + sundried tomatoes. Finished with fresh mint, toasted pine nuts + coal-smoked Scamorza shavings
