This June we are bringing you two new specials created by our talented pizzaioli, in our Rudy's X Poretti Specials competition.

TRAPANESE

Introducing the Trapanese, created by Francesco, our Head Pizzaiolo at Rudy’s Castle Street. Francesco’s special pizza is inspired by his home neighbourhood; Trapani, Sicily.

Made with a Trapanese sun-dried tomato pesto base, topped with Fior di Latte, fennel sausage and aged ricotta cheese from Sicily.

CHE CAVOLO!

We are also bringing you Che Cavolo! Created by Salvatore, our Head Pizzaiolo at Rudy’s Stockton Heath. Salvatore’s special pizza is a Rudy’s twist on the Che Cavolo from the world famous pizzeria Nnea in Amsterdam.

Made with a broccoli puree base topped with Fior di Latte, Datterini baby plum tomatoes, Kalamata olives, a garlic and rosemary breadcrumb and finished with fresh basil.
