We're welcoming two brand new specials to the Rudy's menu. Whether you like your pizza red or white, or love a veggie packed pizza, we've got something for everyone.
Coppa, Taleggio + Leeks
Created by Lorenzo Floris + Joshua Rogers who have been part of the Rudy’s famiglia since 2018. A white pizza with Fior di Latte, spiced cured pork, taleggio cheese + thyme-roasted buttered leeks.
Make it veggie, swap the pork for Kalamata olives.
Pepe Rosso (v)
Sundried tomato + red pepper puree topped with Fior di Latte, garlic and thyme-roasted butternut squash, green chilli, red onion + Kalamata olives. Finished with garlic oil.
