We are super excited to announce that we are launching a brand new Spritz Bar this Thursday and Friday in our gorgeous fauna laden bar at Rudy’s Castle Street.

With a selection of classic and modern aperitifs already available this carefully curated spritz menu will add a shimmer of summer to our list.

WHAT EXACTLY IS A SPRITZ?

A spritz is a sparkling wine cocktail first popularised in Austria, that has swept across Europe, with the Aperol and Campari Spritz becoming a staple in Italian Aperitif culture.

Our spritz menu reflects the classic flavours and aesthetics of Italy, with a few modern twists, a delicious selection of midsummer cocktails.
