We're a relaxed neighbourhood pizzeria situated on Barlow Moor Road, in the bustling heart of the community.
We opened our first pizzieria in Ancoats, Manchester in 2015 and since then have spent years perfecting our techniques to create a perfect, light, classic Neapolitan pizza. Rudy's Chorlton is the 10th member of the Rudy's famiglia.

Created by Francesco Aiello, from Palermo, Sicily, who has worked at Rudy’s Castle Street since 2018. Pumpkin cream base with fior di latte, goats cheese, roasted garlic chestnut mushrooms, sprinkled with toasted pumpkin seeds + chilli flakes.
Guanciale & Pear
A tribute to award winning Italian pizzaiola, Teresa Iorio. Owner of Naples famous pizzeria, le Figlie di Iorio. A white pizza with fior di latte, gorgonzola, guanciale (cured pork cheek) and fresh pears, sprinkled with toasted walnuts + fresh thyme.
