Why Rudy's Portland Street
There are plenty of Italian restaurants in Manchester city centre, but we only do one thing: Neapolitan pizza. A short menu we’ve spent over a decade getting right, made fresh every day by our in-house pizzaioli, trained in the Neapolitan way. Our specials change every eight weeks, so there’s always something new to try. We started in Ancoats in 2015, opened on Portland Street in 2023, and now have more than 40 pizzerias across the UK.
