We're a relaxed neighbourhood pizzeria, following the traditions and artistry of pizza from Naples - the birth place of pizza.
We opened our first pizzeria in Ancoats, Manchester in 2015. Since then we have spent years perfecting our techniques to create a perfect, light, classic, Neapolitan pizza. Rudy's Sheffield will be the 11th member of the Rudy's famiglia.

Created by Francesco Aiello, from Palermo, Sicily, who has worked at Rudy’s Castle Street since 2018. Pumpkin cream base with fior di latte, goats cheese, roasted garlic chestnut mushrooms, sprinkled with toasted pumpkin seeds + chilli flakes.
Guanciale & Pear
A tribute to award winning Italian pizzaiola, Teresa Iorio. Owner of Naples famous pizzeria, le Figlie di Iorio. A white pizza with fior di latte, gorgonzola, guanciale (cured pork cheek) and fresh pears, sprinkled with toasted walnuts + fresh thyme.
