How much is delivery?
Delivery is £6.50 (Wed-Fri) and £8.50 (Sat) per box.
What if my postcode isn’t recognised?
We deliver across the mainland UK using DPD. Some remote postcodes may not be available - if your postcode doesn’t work and you’re in mainland UK, please email us.
When will my order arrive?
You can select your preferred delivery date at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is dispatched (usually the day before delivery), you’ll receive a DPD tracking link by email.
What happens if I’m not home on delivery day?
DPD will leave your pizza box in a safe space of your choice, which you can manage via your tracking link.
Can I make more than one order?
Yes, you can place multiple orders.
Can I change my order after it’s placed?
Once an order is submitted, we’re unable to make changes.
Can I choose a specific delivery day?
Yes, select your desired delivery date at checkout.
What box options are available?
You can choose from three box options:
Sharer - 6 pizzas
Family - 7 pizzas
Party Package - 9 pizzas
Mix and match your favourites to suit your plans.Remove carefully, don’t overcook and enjoy.
Can I make a bulk order larger than 9 pizzas per box?
Each Bake at Home box comes in Sharer (6), Family (7), or Party Package (9) sizes. For larger orders, simply place multiple orders.
What is the minimum number of pizzas I can order?
The smallest box is the Sharer (6 pizzas).
Can I customise pizza toppings?
At the moment, pizzas can only be ordered as described, we can’t make topping changes.
When should I order for a special occasion?
Pizzas stay fresh in the fridge for up to four days, so order in advance of your event to ensure freshness on the day. Our pizzas are also perfect for freezing, so order in advance and make sure to fully defrost before you cook.
Can I get a subscription?
Yes, simply choose the frequency you wish to receive your chosen pizza box at checkout. Your card will be charged each time the box is sent out to you.
Are Rudy’s Bake at Home pizzas fresh or frozen?
Our pizzas are freshly made and blast-chilled, not frozen. They’re packed with ice packs to stay fresh during delivery.
Can I freeze my pizza for later?
Yes, you can freeze your pizza when it arrives. Just fully defrost in the fridge before cooking.
What temperature should my oven be?
Heat your oven to 220°C (430°F) for best results.
What size are the pizzas?
Each pizza is approximately 30cm wide.
Some toppings have moved during delivery, what do I do?
It’s normal for ingredients to shift slightly, just redistribute them before cooking if needed.
Are Rudy’s Bake at Home pizzas gluten-free?
No, our Bake at Home pizzas are not gluten-free.
Are the pizzas vegetarian or halal?
Many pizzas are suitable for vegetarians, check individual descriptions for details, but meat toppings are not halal.
