NEAPOLITAN PIZZA ON NEW STATION STREET

LEEDS – WE ARE OFFICIALLY OPEN FOR PIZZA.

It took longer than expected to get the place ready, but we are oven the moon with our new pizzeria and the team is beyond excited to welcome all guests to our new gaff.

The first-ever Rudy’s was in fact served 2014 in at the Tour de France, Yorkshire stage (which is why we decided to keep cycling jerseys on the wall!) so in some sense, we are back where it all began, and we couldn’t be more chuffed.

The Leeds community has welcomed us with open arms, our neighbors, our guests and this great northern city has made us feel like we are at home already.

MEET TEAM LEEDS

It’s no secret that people are behind great Pizza.

We are passionate about bringing pizza to the people, and a soon as you walk in the door you feel right at home in a relaxed neighborhood pizzeria in the heart of the great city of Leeds.

MEET HANNAH

Role: General Manager

Hannah is a new member of the Rudy’s fam. Original from Devon, although she regards herself and a Northerner.  Hannah is a Leeds local and has been living in Leeds for over 7 years.

Hannah’s favorite pizza is a white portobello washed down with a pint of pale ale (a true Yorkshire lass)!

MEET MATTEO

Role: Deputy Manager

Originally from Venice, Matteo started his journey at Rudy’s nearly two years ago at Peter Street. Since joining the Rudy’s
famiglia he has spread his infectious cheer everywhere he goes, and he makes the a damn good coffee.

Our Matty loves a flat white and is all about a white salame (trust him, it’s the one)!

MEET COSIMO

Role:  Head Pizzaiolo

A Naples native who is passionate about all things Neapolitan. If there is anyone who knows all about what makes a good Neapolitan pizza, it’s this guy.

A Margherita Con Bufala is his go to Pizza and is he loves an espresso or two! Whether he is stretching dough or dressing a pizza in San Marzano tomato everything is done with love and Neapolitan traditions at heart.

MEET GLENN

Role: Supervisor

A true gent who will go above and beyond for all. Originally from Manchester, like Matteo and Cosimo Glenn has been a part of the Rudy’s team for nearly two years before beginning his new adventure with Rudy’s in Leeds.

He makes a mean Negroni and his fav pizza is a white portobello with salame.
