We opened our first pizzeria in Ancoats, Manchester in 2015. Since then we have spent years perfecting our techniques to create a perfect, light, classic Neapolitan pizza. Rudy's Soho is the eighth member of la famiglia.

Created by Francesco Aiello, from Palermo, Sicily, who has worked at Rudy’s Castle Street since 2018. Pumpkin cream base with fior di latte, goats cheese, roasted garlic chestnut mushrooms, sprinkled with toasted pumpkin seeds + chilli flakes.
