We bring the vibrant taste of Naples to the heart of Leeds city centre. Although they take only 60 seconds to cook, our pizzas are a labour of love. We make fresh dough on site every single day, using 00 caputo flour, and then we double ferment it over 24 hours. This results in a pizza base that’s soft, airy and tasty – making it light work to polish off several slices in no time.
