Located on Castle Street, our pizzaioli serve up fresh Neapolitan pizza daily. Castle Street was our first pizzeria to open in Liverpool city centre, with our second restaurant on Bold Street now open!

Created by Francesco Aiello, from Palermo, Sicily, who has worked at Rudy’s Castle Street since 2018. Pumpkin cream base with fior di latte, goats cheese, roasted garlic chestnut mushrooms, sprinkled with toasted pumpkin seeds + chilli flakes.
Guanciale & Pear
A tribute to award winning Italian pizzaiola, Teresa Iorio. Owner of Naples famous pizzeria, le Figlie di Iorio. A white pizza with fior di latte, gorgonzola, guanciale (cured pork cheek) and fresh pears, sprinkled with toasted walnuts + fresh thyme.
