Since opening our first pizzeria in 2015, we have spent years perfecting our light, classic Neapolitan pizza. Now we bring Rudy's to Brindleyplace!

Please note - we reserve some tables for walk-ins. If there's no availability for your requested time, don't worry, just pop down to the restaurant and we'll get you seated as soon as possible.
A credit card is required to secure your booking but will not be charged.
During busy event periods, bookings are not guaranteed a table and may be placed on the pizza counter.
Outside tables are first-come, first-served and cannot be booked online. If you turn up and there's space outside we will be happy to move your booking outside.

Created by Francesco Aiello, from Palermo, Sicily, who has worked at Rudy’s Castle Street since 2018. Pumpkin cream base with fior di latte, goats cheese, roasted garlic chestnut mushrooms, sprinkled with toasted pumpkin seeds + chilli flakes.
Guanciale & Pear
A tribute to award winning Italian pizzaiola, Teresa Iorio. Owner of Naples famous pizzeria, le Figlie di Iorio. A white pizza with fior di latte, gorgonzola, guanciale (cured pork cheek) and fresh pears, sprinkled with toasted walnuts + fresh thyme.
