Introducing The Sonny Boy, inspired by Chris Bianco, one of the world’s most famous pizzaioli – winning the prestigious James Beard Award twice in 2003 and 2022.

Chris grew up in the Bronx and had his first job at a pizzeria when he was just 13. In the late 80s he moved to Phoenix, Arizona where he opened his first Pizzeria Bianco.

This is our Rudy’s twist on Chris’s The Sonny Boy pizza, which is named after his dad’s childhood nickname.

Made with Crushed San Marzano tomatoes, Grana Padano, bufala mozzarella, and topped with Calabrian spianata piccante, Tuscan finocchiona, Kalamata olives + oregano.

The Sonny Boy is available today and can be enjoyed in all of our pizzerias!
