There are plenty of Italian restaurants in Altrincham, but we only do one thing, and that’s Neapolitan pizza. No sprawling menu, just a short list of pizzas we’ve spent over a decade perfecting, made fresh every day by our in-house pizzaioli, trained in the Neapolitan way. Alongside the classics, our specials change every eight weeks, so there’s always something new to try. Since 2015 we’ve grown from one pizzeria in Ancoats to almost 40 across England, and we’re proud to be part of Altrincham’s food scene. Our dough is made fresh in-house every day with 00 Caputo flour and fermented for up to 24 hours, then topped with San Marzano tomatoes and fior di latte and cooked fast in a traditional oven. The result is a soft, light base with that signature leopard-spotted crust you won’t find at a standard pizza place.
