Great pizza starts with great dough. We make ours fresh every single day with 00 caputo flour, and then double ferment it over 24 hours. Paired with flavourful San Marzano tomatoes grown in the nutrient-dense Volcanic soil of Mount Vesuvius and super creamy fior di latte mozzarella, we ensure that our pizzas always hit the spot. Whether you stick to a classic margherita or like your pizza loaded with delicious toppings, they’re all cooked for just 60 seconds in our traditional ovens for the perfect soft pizza with an airy, slightly charred crust.
