Welcome to Rudy’s Pizza Masterclass, our hands-on Neapolitan pizza experience in the heart of Manchester.
Whether you’re joining us solo, coming along as a couple or with friends, or booking a private session for your office team, this is your chance to learn the art of proper Neapolitan pizza from start to finish.
Led by our AVPN-accredited pizzaiolo, Dario, you’ll mix dough, master traditional techniques, stretch and top your own Margherita, and bake it in our authentic oven.
Every masterclass takes place at Rudy’s Pizza Academy in Manchester and runs for approximately three and a half hours.

Public Masterclass Experience
Solo Ticket: £100 per person | Duo Ticket (for two guests): £175
Maximum of 12 guests per session.
The session will be an intimate group of 12 guests in total, so it will be a great atmosphere.
Start by learning the art of authentic Neapolitan pizza, then get hands-on making your own Margherita. Perfect for those who love pizza and a bit of friendly competition.
Arrival + welcome
Arrive, check in, welcome drink served, and overview of the session.
Introduction to Neapolitan pizza
History, philosophy, and defining characteristics of authentic Neapolitan pizza, including AVPN standards and accreditation.
Dough making
Hands-on dough mixing covering ingredients, ratios, technique, and fermentation timing.
Dough rest + refreshment break
Dough rests to develop structure and flavour. Short break with house-made lemonade and shared Campana. Dough prepared to take home for baking pizza or bread.
Balling dough
Dough divided and shaped into individual balls, focusing on correct handling and tension.
Stretching, topping + baking
Guests stretch their dough, add toppings, and bake their pizzas, learning movement, balance, and oven management. Guests eat the pizzas they’ve made.
Tiramisu + group moment
Tiramisu served after the pizzas, followed by celebrating the standout pizza of the session, judged on technique, balance, and execution.
Close + goodbyes
Final questions, feedback, certificates presented, and wrap-up.

14:00 – Arrival + welcome
Arrive, check in, welcome drink served, and overview of the session.
14:15 – Introduction to Neapolitan pizza
