We're a relaxed neighbourhood pizzeria, following the traditions and artistry of pizza
from Naples - the birth place of pizza.
We believe Neapolitan pizza to be the best, and will be serving every day!
Our dough is made fresh daily using Caputo ‘00’ flour which proves for at least 24 hours,
alongside the best quality ingredients sourced from Italy, including San Marzano tomatoes
grown infields next to Mount Vesuvius, and Fior di Latte mozzarella.

Created by Francesco Aiello, from Palermo, Sicily, who has worked at Rudy’s Castle Street since 2018. Pumpkin cream base with fior di latte, goats cheese, roasted garlic chestnut mushrooms, sprinkled with toasted pumpkin seeds + chilli flakes.

A tribute to award winning Italian pizzaiola, Teresa Iorio. Owner of Naples famous pizzeria, le Figlie di Iorio. A white pizza with fior di latte, gorgonzola, guanciale (cured pork cheek) and fresh pears, sprinkled with toasted walnuts + fresh thyme.
