Rudy's March Specials

Every eight weeks our pizzaioli create a new set of specials, including team creations, a vegetarian special from our head pizzaiolo Lorenzo, and collaborations with some of the most respected pizzaioli from around the world. Seasonal ingredients are always part of the menu, keeping each pizza fresh and exciting.

Here’s what you can try this March at Rudy’s.

MELA DOLCE

Fior di latte, Grana Padano and goat’s cheese form the base, topped with wild boar salame, Emilia-Romagna pancetta crumb and caramelised apples. It is finished with toasted walnuts and cracked black pepper for a touch of crunch and spice.

The Mela Dolce was created by Neve Rose and Evan Davies, winners of our Rudy’s x Poretti Pizza Specials Competition. Their winning pizza is a perfect example of how sweet and savoury can come together. The creamy cheeses, rich cured meats, and sweet caramelised apple make this pizza comforting and distinctly seasonal.

Perfect for anyone looking for something unique and flavour-packed, the Mela Dolce is a standout among the pizza specials this March.

THE MIRKO

The Mirko starts with a yellow datterini and cherry tomato base, layered with fior di latte, paprika roasted cauliflower, Spilinga ’nduja and Emilia-Romagna pancetta. A lemon taralli cracker crumble on top adds crunch and a hint of brightness.

This special was created in collaboration with Mirko D’Agata, world champion pizzaiolo and executive chef of Pizzeria NO.900 in Montreal. Mirko’s expertise brings a bold, balanced flavour to the pizza, combining the sweetness of the tomatoes with the heat of ’nduja and the textured crumble for a dynamic taste experience.

The Mirko is perfect for anyone who wants a Neapolitan pizza with a little twist, showcasing international inspiration while staying true to Rudy’s style.

QUATTRO FORMAGGI CON AGNELLO

Our seasonal vegetarian special features vegan lamb mince, fior di latte, smoked provola, Italian blue cheese and vegetarian parmesan, topped with caramelised red onion and fresh mint.

Created by our head pizzaiolo Lorenzo, Quattro Formaggi con Agnello is a fresh take on the classic four cheese pizza. The rich and creamy cheeses are balanced with the sweetness of caramelised onion and the freshness of mint, making it a perfect spring pizza. It is also a great choice for vegetarians and anyone looking to try something different from the usual pizza options.

SPECIAL COCKTAILS

To go with this month’s pizzas, our bar team have created a couple of seasonal cocktails.

Pink Grapefruit + Pineapple Spritz
A light and refreshing spritz with Malfy Rosa gin, sweet pineapple syrup, prosecco and soda. Perfect for sipping alongside our March pizza specials.

Mango Margarita
A bright, tropical twist on the classic margarita with Altos Tequila, fresh mango syrup and lime juice. Refreshing and perfect with our March pizzas.

 

DESSERT SPECIAL

Tiramisu Affogato

Vanilla gelato, tiramisu cream, Savoiardi biscuits + Kimbo espresso.

Starts with a base of smooth, creamy vanilla gelato, layered with tiramisu cream and crunchy Savoiardi biscuits. Finish it yourself with a shot of hot Kimbo espresso and enjoy a smooth, creamy dessert with a hint of coffee in every bite.
