Our team are getting ready to bring true Neapolitan pizza to Baldwin Street. Our Pizzaiolo are prepping our double fermented 00 Caputo flour dough, perfecting the stretch, and topping each pizza with the very best San Marzano tomatoes and fior di latte, straight from Naples.
We can’t wait to welcome you to our Harbourside pizzeria, whether you’re grabbing a slice on your lunch break or making Rudy’s your new go-to for pizza nights, we’re so excited to be joining the neighbourhood with our first Bristol pizzeria!
