Where Rudy’s began
Rudy’s started with a simple idea: serve proper Neapolitan pizza using traditional methods and quality ingredients, without overcomplicating things.
That idea came to life in Ancoats. Our dough is made fresh and fermented slowly for up to 48 hours, creating a light base with a soft centre and airy crust. Each pizza is topped with San Marzano tomatoes, fior di latte mozzarella and carefully sourced Italian ingredients, before being baked quickly at high temperatures for an authentic Neapolitan finish.
The same approach that started here is still used across every Rudy’s pizzeria today.
