Rudy’s Specials Competition: Meet The Winners...
This month, we hosted our Rudy’s x Poretti Specials Competition at the Rudy’s Pizza Academy, where 12 talented pizzaioli and front-of-house teams came together for an exciting cook-off. The challenge? Create a standout special pizza that shows off true Neapolitan craft and flavour.
After a day filled with bold flavour ideas + exciting topping combinations our judging panel crowned this year’s winners: Neve + Evan, our first ever team entry to take the top spot. A huge congratulations to them and to every member of the Rudy’s famiglia who brought their A-game to the competition.
The standard was sky-high, and we have some very exciting new specials coming your way soon!
