Ciao National Pizza Week

At Rudy’s we’re celebrating National Pizza Week with the launch of two brand new specials.

We change our specials every six weeks, featuring a pizza developed by one of our talented pizzaioli, and another as a riff on a famous pizzeria, or pizzaiolo, from around the world. Without further ado, introducing the Almost Carbonara and the Salsiccia.

ALMOST CARBONARA // A tribute to award-winning pizzeria, 50 Kalo in Naples. A white pizza with fior di latte, scamorza, guanciale (cured pork) and aged pecorino, finished with cracked black pepper and egg yolk.

SALSICCIA // Created by Sabino Grimaldi, head pizzaiolo at our Bake at Home kitchen. San Marzano tomatoes, fior di latte, crumbled chilli sausage, white onions, friarielli (leafy broccoli greens) + chilli flakes.
