Ahead of our month long collaboration with Campari for Negroni Month, we flew out to the legendary Camparino bar, the birthplace of the Negroni, to learn how to craft the perfect serve, straight from the masters. Now, we’re bringing that expertise home to Rudy’s with a menu of four bold + bitter Negronis, a true taste of Milan.
The standout, the Rhubarb + Apple Negroni. Between sips at the famous Camparino in Galleria, where we fine-tuned our Negroni with the masters, we found something sweet, la Crostata. Taking inspiration from the seasonal sweet flavours, a fresh twist to our expanded negroni menu was born.
