Trapanese sun-dried tomato pesto base, topped with Fior di Latte, fennel sausage and Sicilian aged ricotta cheese. Created by Francesco, our Head Pizzaioli at Rudy’s Castle Street. Francesco’s special pizza is inspired by his neighbourhood; Trapani, Sicily.
Che Cavolo!
Broccoli puree base topped with Fior di Latte, Datterini baby plum tomatoes, Kalamata olives, a garlic and rosemary breadcrumb and finished with fresh basil. Created by Salvatore, our Head Pizzaioli at Rudy’s Stockton Heath. Salvatore’s special pizza is a Rudy’s twist on the Che Cavolo from the world famous pizzeria Nnea in Amsterdam.
