World Pizza Legend
Diego Vitagliano is one of the world’s greatest pizzaioli, known for combining Neapolitan heritage with innovation in dough, fermentation and ingredient combinations.
His Naples pizzeria is currently ranked #4 in the world, after reaching #2 in the 50 Top Pizza World 2024 and #1 ‘ex aequo’ in the 50 Top Pizza World 2023. In this year’s 50 Top Pizza Italia, he sits at #2 . That’s quite the trophy cabinet!
