Last year, our top pizzaiolo, Lorenzo Floris, visited Neapolitan legend, Diego Vitagliano, in Naples. Diego opened his first pizzeria in Naples in 2016 and has since risen to global acclaim — named the #1 pizza maker in the world in 2023 and #2 in 2024.
Lorenzo collaborated with Diego to craft a unique take on a timeless classic. The result of our partnership? Diego’s Diavola. A bold, spicy pizza perfectly balanced by the cool creaminess of stracciatella.
