After two and half years of Neapolitan pizza in Ancoats, we are are delighted to announce the opening of our second pizzeria on Peter’s Street in Manchester.

A HAPPY ACCIDENT

Our discovery of Petersfield house was unexpected. Nestled between Albert Hall and Brew Dog we wondered what could be behind the large boarded up windows. The unit had laid vacant for years. We already liked the exterior. A dreamy, sixties style office block. The inside is even better!..High ceilings, huge windows. loads of natural light. The perfect place for our second pizzeria.

PERFECT DOUGH + ARTISAN OVEN

If all goes to plan we should be open by the end of March. Provided of course, that our the new oven arrives in time from Italy!

We have spent years evolving and perfecting our dough, the magic takes 24 hours. Then it’s baked in the oven for only 60 seconds. We want to make sure that the oven is the best, so that those 60 seconds preserve all our hard work, time, energy and love that’s gone into making the dough.

READY TO FIRE IN MARCH

Like many artisan techniques, traditional, handmade, wood fired ovens take a while to get to the perfect pizza temperature. Once she is ready to go, we will be too; serving wood fire pizza to 60 second perfection this March.
