Our traditional Neapolitan Pizza is created with passion by our pizzaiolos.

A number of our pizzaiolos have come all the way from Italy, like Lorenzo who is from Sardinia and is devoted to creating the authentic Italian classic like no other, but what does it take to create the perfect Neapolitan pizza… Is it all in our dough, that is fermented for over 24 hours or is it the fact that our Neapolitan pizzas need only 60 seconds to cook in our forno a legna per pizza (wood fire pizza oven)?
