It’s been just over 2 weeks since we picked up the keys for our latest pizzeria on Castle Street, Liverpool.


Perfect Neapolitan pizza is both an art and a science. So as pizza geeks, our new pizzeria gives us the chance to take all our learning’s to make what we do even better.

We’ve been measuring up, knocking things down, arguing about where to put the oven, thinking about dough prep and even squeezed in a quick trip to Naples for some fresh inspo and get some advice from our suppliers.

Things are coming together and now the building work is underway, we are looking for the most important part of our brand new Pizzeria, the people.



We’re now on the hunt for our kind of people. Hardworking, fun loving folks, who share our passion for proper Neapolitan pizza. We have opportunities at all levels; From Head Pizzaiolo to kitchen crew, hosts and floor team.

Experience is always great but attitude is everything. For the right people we can provide hands on training to turn you from a pizza lover into a artisan pizza master.
