Why do you love working for Rudy's?

Because it is one of the best Neapolitan pizzerias here in the UK, is proper organised and is a nice place to work.

What has been your favourite experience whilst working at Rudy's?

Becoming Head Chef has been good, I feel like all my hard work has paid off! Going to New York with the rest of the family was also really fun.

How has Rudy's helped you develop your career?

The company trusted and believed in me and my General Manager and previous Head Chef spent lots of time with me for my training.
